Alex is a breathwork facilitator based in Cornwall, where she has lived for twenty years. Her background in community development and mental health support has shaped her compassionate, grounded approach to wellbeing.
Breathwork has been a steady anchor in her life, offering clarity, stability, and reconnection during challenging times. These experiences inspired her to train as a conscious connected breathwork facilitator with Seven Directions and continue her path in holotropic breathwork.
Alex’s work centres on conscious connected breathing and holotropic breathwork, offering gentle, accessible pathways back to the body. Her sessions support emotional release, presence, and deeper self‑awareness.
She created Returning to Breath to offer spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and come home to themselves—one breath at a time.
