Step into a class designed to celebrate movement at every stage of life. Our over-50s dance sessions blend gentle choreography, great music, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can find their rhythm, no experience needed.
Chair & Chat: Yoga & Gentle Exercise for over 55s
Chair and chat yoga offers a gentle, accessible way to build strength, improve mobility, and relax without needing to get down on the floor. Sessions take place seated or using a chair for support, making them suitable for all abilities, including those managing limited movement or returning to activity. The pace is unhurried, with clear guidance and a focus on steady breathing, easing tension, and finding comfort in each stretch.

Award-winning Washington DC based VERONNEAU is the husband-and-wife duo of multilingual, Quebecoise vocalist Lynn Veronneau and guitarist Ken Avis. Performing at the Ladder as part of their UK tour, you can expect jazz, blues, pop, soulful original songs, and classics from their albums which have landed in the US world, jazz and folk charts.
