ADHD Women Unite – Free ADHD Peer Support Group
ADHD Women Unite is a welcoming peer support space for women navigating ADHD in adulthood.
Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are waiting for assessment, or simply recognise ADHD traits in yourself, you are welcome to join us.
The group provides a relaxed, understanding environment where women can connect with others who share similar experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and explore practical strategies for everyday life. Sessions are shaped by the needs and interests of attendees and often include discussions around topics such as emotional regulation, relationships, sensory sensitivities, masking, self-esteem, burnout and menopause.
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, attendance is completely free.
