Chair & Chat: Yoga & Gentle Exercise for over 55s


Thursday Mornings: Chair and chat yoga offers a gentle, accessible way to build strength, improve mobility, and relax without needing to get down on the floor. Sessions take place seated or using a chair for support, making them suitable for all abilities, including those managing limited movement or returning to activity.  The pace is unhurried, with clear guidance and a focus on steady breathing, easing tension, and finding comfort in each stretch.

After the session, there’s time to gather for a cup of tea and a friendly chat, creating a welcoming space to unwind, connect, and feel part of a supportive community.
