Amy began practising yoga with her mum in 1997 and it’s been a refuge for grounding, healing and awakening ever since. She shares yoga in a way that is accessible, soulful and joyful. She is a trauma informed trained teacher with 20+ years of experience.

Gentle Vinyasa
Expect slow flowing sequences cued with an emphasis on alignment, energetics and breath. The classes begins with breathing practices and close with meditation. Where required, postures are offered with plenty of options.
Deep Release and Restore
Expect yogic rest and recuperation practices for tired minds and bodies; these practices go to work to undo the knots in the physical and psychic body. We stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging down regulation from daily stresses. The use of props and support is central to these practices and postures are held for longer.
