Beginners yoga is for anyone who is looking to try yoga for the first time or get back into it after some time away. The class is fun, relaxed and provides a safe place to practice and learn. Chrissy will introduce you to breath work, grounding techniques and yoga poses, finishing the class with some relaxation.
