3 December | 10am–1pm | The Ladder, Redruth
Join artist, designer and maker Daisy Pooley-Tolkien Williams for Stitch and Bitch About Your Bits — a relaxed, collaborative embroidery and stitching session creating space for open and honest conversations about our bodies, reproductive health and personal experiences.
Daisy’s stitching practice brings women and womxn together through making, conversation and shared experience, creating a space to talk about the things that can often be difficult to discuss.
Daisy is also exhibiting as part of Spilt Milk, an exhibition exploring motherhood, running at The Ladder from 28 November–10 December. The Private View is on 27 November, and everyone is welcome.
The exhibition is open by appointment only. To arrange a visit, please contact Auburn at auburn.stone@yahoo.com.
No previous embroidery experience is needed — just come along, have a stitch, have a chat and talk about your bits.
Suggested donation: £5
All donations will go towards 16 Days of Activism.
