Sophie Hellyer is a yoga, breath, surf, and swim coach passionate about helping people understand their nervous systems and discover tools to down-regulate. Growing up in Devon, UK, Sophie became a national champion surfer. In 2005, after contracting a severe lung infection from polluted water that led to a life-saving operation, she developed a deep appreciation for healthy breathing and mindful movement. Today, her practice focuses on restorative techniques to calm the nervous system, blending gentle movement with a scientific understanding of how the breath shapes our physiology and wellbeing.

This slow-paced, restorative practice invites you to downshift from the business of daily life and find calm through gentle movement and breath.
